Hitting Lessons / Pitching Lessons / Catching Lessons / Infield Lessons

Each baseball lesson is tailored to the skill you want to work on. I specialize in hitting, catching, pitching, and infield lessons, but I will work on any other aspect of the game. I recommend a 1 hour lesson for the first session to learn the drill work. After learning the drills it is time to get to work. I push athletes to make themselves better players both physically and mentally. I work on game situations, put pressure on, and enhance your knowledge of the game of baseball.

If you are young player trying to learn the fundamentals of pitching mechanics, or a high school player in need of a tough workout to prepare you for your upcoming season, give me a call. I take pride in each lesson I give and expect nothing less from the athletes!!!

Hitting Lessons:
Hitting a baseball, one of the toughest physical activities in any sport. During hitting lessons I break fundamentals down into steps so the young athletes can achieve success. I do this by teaching each player drills that focus on the fundamentals each hitter must have in order to put a good swing on the ball. After acquiring a fundamentally sound swing, I teach players to focus and react to pitches as they work on live game situations in the cage. If hitters possess decent fundamentals and take a positive approach to the plate the success rate increases substantially.

Pitching Lessons:
Pitching a baseball takes more than just throwing the ball over the plate. Learning the mechanics and how to keep your arm in shape is vital for becoming successful pitcher. Learning flat ground pitching drills and throwing routines will set the pitcher up for a successful season. If every pitcher learns that the best pitch in baseball is "strike one" the success rate will increase substantially.

Catching Lessons:
I pride myself in teaching young catchers strategies that will set them apart from any other catcher on the field. Catchers need to be able to do more than just learn the fundamentals. Each catcher must posses good leadership skills and the ability to take charge in tight game situations. I teach young catchers the basics of setting up (i.e. sign giving, runners on base), blocking techniques, and footwork drills throwing to each bases. Each catcher will take with them a 20 minute catching workout they can work on to improve their foot speed and success rate behind the plate.
